Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our in-home, one-on-one treatment team for children ages 2-15, under the supervision of a BCBA. Schedule includes Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 3:30pm-6:30pm and Saturday 1pm-4pm.

We offer flexible part-time/evening hours, paid training and support, a team-oriented environment, and competitive compensation as you help families progress with individualized plans in home settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Reliable personal transportation to home-based sites.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA policies.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced home setting.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA by training families on treatment plans.
• Respond to client, family, and supervisor needs and requests.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities to keep pace with children.
