Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our home-based treatment team. You will work 1-1 with clients in their homes during the afternoon hours (Monday–Friday, 3pm–7pm), implementing behavioral plans designed by BCBAs and collecting progress data.

This part-time role offers flexible evening hours, paid training, and the chance to make a direct, lasting difference for children with autism and their families. Strong communication, reliability, and a caring attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality and privacy adherence required.
• Reliable personal transportation for commuting to locations.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred, though training will be provided.
• $19-22 an hour.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Physically engage with clients as they move during sessions (standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
