Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA in the United States invites you to join as a Behavior Technician. You will work 1:1 with children in home or community settings, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills that support independence.

We value human connection and flexible schedules. Training is provided, and you’ll collaborate closely with a Clinical Partner (BCBA) to implement personalized goals and track progress with families.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to become a Behavior Technician (training provided)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• Comfort with home-based therapy environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home or community to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Support children during play, routines, learning activities, and everyday interactions
• Use positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed
• Collaborate with families and BCBA to track progress and adjust goals
