Bright Pathways ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver in-home 1:1 therapy with children, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills in familiar environments.

You'll work closely with a Clinical Partner (BCBA) to implement personalized goals, use positive reinforcement, and track progress. The role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive, family-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Must be a Behavior Technician or willing to become one (training provided).
• Live nearby with reliable transportation.
• Desire to help a child build new life through caring support.
