Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in-home or in the community, building communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills to promote independence.

You will use positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies, implementing goals set with a Clinical Partner (BCBA) and collaborating with families to share progress in a clear manner.

Qualifications

• Behavior Technician role with training provided.
• Live nearby and have reliable transportation.
• Interest in human-centered care over process.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home or community settings.
• Build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies.
