Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver in-home therapy on a part-time or full-time basis. You will work 1:1 with children in their home or community, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills that support greater independence and connection.

The role emphasizes relationship-based strategies, family collaboration, and a supportive culture as you contribute to meaningful progress and growth.

Qualifications

• You are a Behavior Technician or open to becoming one (we’ll train you!)
• Live nearby and have reliable transportation
• Feel drawn to the idea that your presence could help a child build an entirely new life

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in their home or community to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Support children during play, routines, learning activities, and everyday interactions
• Use positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed
• Implement personalized therapy goals developed with your Clinical Partner (BCBA)
• Collaborate with families and share progress in a clear, simple way
• Track session notes and bring observations and ideas into care
