Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA in Texas is seeking a Behavior Technician for an in-home, full-time role. You will work 1:1 with children in their home or community to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills that support greater independence.

You’ll apply relationship-based strategies, implement goals set by our Clinical Partner (BCBA), and collaborate with families to share progress in plain language. Prioritize human-centered care over processes.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home or community to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed.
• Implement personalized therapy goals developed by your Clinical Partner (BCBA).
• Help children improve communication, emotional regulation, and social skills.
• Collaborate with families and share progress in a clear, simple way.
• Track session notes and bring your observations and ideas into care.
