Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA in Texas is seeking a Behavior Technician to work in-home with children, delivering relationship-based ABA therapy and helping build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

You’ll work 1:1 with children in their home or community, use positive reinforcement, collaborate with a Clinical Partner (BCBA), and partner with families to track progress. Flexible scheduling and training provided.

Qualifications

• Willing to become a Behavior Technician; training provided.
• Reliable transportation and ability to visit client homes in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home or community to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Support children during play, routines, learning activities, and everyday interactions.
• Use positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed.
• Implement personalized goals developed with a Clinical Partner (BCBA).
• Collaborate with families and share progress in a clear, simple way.
• Track session notes and bring observations and ideas into care.
