Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians for in-home, part-time and full-time roles. You will work 1:1 with children in their home or community, helping build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills to increase independence.

We value human connection and collaboration with families and BCBA partners. Training is provided; transportation and proximity to the service area are important for success.

Qualifications

• You are a Behavior Technician or open to becoming one (we’ll train you!)
• Live nearby and have reliable transportation
• Care about people and meaningful impact

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in their home or community to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Use positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to support progress
• Collaborate with families and your Clinical Partner (BCBA) to implement personalized goals
• Track session notes and share observations to inform care
