Bright Pathways ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in their home or community, helping build communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills that support independence.

You’ll collaborate with BCBA clinical partners, document progress, and use positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies. We offer real flexibility and growth opportunities in a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Becoming a Behavior Technician is supported with training.
• Live nearby and have reliable transportation.
• Interest in helping children and families with autism care.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in their home or community to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed.
• Implement personalized therapy goals developed by your Clinical Partner (BCBA).
• Collaborate with families and share progress in a clear, simple way.
• Track session notes and bring observations and ideas to care.
