Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home or community settings. You’ll help develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills under supervision from a BCBA, using positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies.

You’ll collaborate with families, track progress, and contribute to a caring, human-centered model of autism care. Background checks are required, and training will be provided to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Background check required prior to employment.
• On-the-job training provided for this role.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home or community settings to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to support child development.
• Implement personalized goals developed by the Clinical Partner (BCBA).
• Track session notes and share progress with families clearly and promptly.
• Collaborate with families to support child growth and transfer skills to everyday life.
