Bright Pathways ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in their home or community, building communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills to support independence. You will collaborate with families and a BCBA, tracking progress and contributing observations to care plans.

Qualifications

• Background check required for all candidates.
• Behavior Technician role or willingness to become one (training provided).
• Reliable transportation to work in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children in home or community.
• Help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Track session notes and share observations with care team.
• Collaborate with families and the Clinical Partner (BCBA) to implement goals.
• Implement personalized therapy goals developed by your Clinical Partner (BCBA).
