Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care is seeking a Behavior Technician for in-home support. You’ll work 1:1 with children, helping build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in home or community settings.

You’ll apply relationship-based strategies and positive reinforcement, tracking progress and partnering with families and clinical staff. Training is provided; transportation and local residency are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be or willing to become a Behavior Technician (training provided).
• Live nearby in Georgetown, TX, with reliable transportation.
• Interested in a role that prioritizes people over processes and builds strong family partnerships.

Responsibilities
