Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in their home or community to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Support children during play, routines, learning activities, and everyday interactions.
• Use positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed.
• Implement personalized therapy goals developed by the Clinical Partner (BCBA).
• Help children improve communication, emotional regulation, and social skills; collaborate with families and share progress clearly.
• Track session notes and bring observations and ideas into care.
