• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and repair major gas and electric appliances (ovens, cooktops, refrigerators) within an assigned region.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and complete repairs with first-time fixes where possible.
• Explain repairs clearly to customers and provide positive service experiences.
