BSH Home Appliances Corporation - North America is seeking a skilled Home Appliance Service Technician in Phoenix, AZ. You will diagnose and repair major gas and electric appliances in customers’ homes, traveling within our service region.

The role emphasizes hands-on repair, independent work, and delivering excellent customer service with a strong safety focus. A High School Diploma or GED plus 3–5 years of appliance repair experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3–5 years appliance repair experience.
• Organized with ability to handle multiple service calls daily while delivering high customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and repair major gas and electric appliances to ensure first-time repair within region.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and resolve.
• Communicate clearly with customers to deliver a positive service experience.
• Advise customers on correct operation of products to ensure proper use.
• Assist customers with basic product solutions and upsell service plans; training provided.
• Maintain van stock of parts per stock lists and protect parts from damage.
• Use B-apps for paperwork and documentation.
• Complete each job with care, professionalism, and safety.
