Job summary

BSH Home Appliances Corporation in the Northeast MA/New Hampshire region is seeking a hands-on Home Appliance Service Technician to diagnose and repair major gas and electric appliances in customers’ homes. You will travel regionally, troubleshoot issues, and deliver first-time fixes with a strong customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-5 years of appliance repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' homes to diagnose and repair major gas and electric appliances (ovens, cooktops, refrigerators, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide a positive service experience
• Advise customers on correct operation of products
• Maintain van stock of parts and use B-apps for paperwork
