Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3–5 years appliance repair experience or transferrable skills.
• Organized with the ability to handle multiple service calls daily while delivering high levels of customer service.
• Good written and verbal communication; able to explain repairs clearly to customers.
• Self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; able to lift 50 pounds+.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and repair gas and electric appliances with first-time resolution.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and repair as required.
• Communicate clearly with customers to provide a positive service experience.
• Advise customers on proper operation of products for correct usage.
• Maintain van stock and use B-apps for paperwork and documentation.
• Ensure each job is completed with care, professionalism, and safety in mind.
