Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent with 3-5 years’ experience with appliance repair or transferable skills from electrical, HVAC, or mechanical trades.
• Organized with the ability to complete multiple service calls daily while providing high levels of customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and repair major gas and electric appliances (ovens, cooktops, refrigerators, etc.) to ensure first-time resolution within a region.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and rectify as required.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide a positive service experience.
• Advise customers on correct operation of products to enable proper use of appliances.
• Maintain an up-to-date van stock of parts and safeguard them from damage.
• Utilize B-apps for paperwork and documentation.
• Complete every job with care, professionalism, and safety.
