Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-5 years’ appliance repair experience.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple service calls daily while delivering high levels of customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
• Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and repair major gas and electric appliances (ovens, cooktops, refrigerators, etc.) to ensure first-time resolution.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and rectify as required.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide a positive service experience.
• Advise customers on the correct operation of their products to enable proper use.
• Maintain an up-to-date van stock of parts and use B-apps for paperwork.
• Ensure every job is completed with care, professionalism, and safety.
