Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking experienced Behavioral Therapists to provide in-home and center-based ABA therapy for children with ASD, under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior support plans, collect data, and participate in regular supervision to ensure quality care.

Applicants should have a minimum ABA experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. In-home sessions offer structured onboarding and ongoing clinical support from our team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months' ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification (not required but a plus).
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children.
• Dependability, consistency, positive attitude and reliability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions.
• Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support and treatment plans.
• Participate in regular supervision meetings, skills coaching, and case reviews with your BCBA.
• Communicate session updates and collaborate with your clinical team to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
