Job summary

Key Autism Services seeks experienced Behavioral Therapists to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in homes and centers. You will work under supervising BCBA with weekly supervision and ongoing clinical support to ensure high-quality care.

The role includes data collection, conducting discrete trials, and collaborating with the clinical team to maintain consistent care across settings. A supportive environment emphasizes growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification (a plus).
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children.
• Dependability and reliability to ensure child’s success.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions.
• Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support/treatment plans.
• Participate in supervision meetings, coaching, and case reviews with the BCBA.
• Communicate session updates and collaborate with the clinical team.
