Job summary

Key Autism Services seeks experienced Behavioral Therapists to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in homes and at centers. You will work under BCBA supervision with weekly check-ins to ensure high-quality care and ongoing professional support.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior support plans, data collection, and participation in supervision meetings. In-home sessions emphasize collaborative care with a strong clinical team and clear protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months' ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Active RBT certification (Not required but is a plus).
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children.
• Dependability, consistency, positive attitude and reliability to ensure the child's success.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions.
• Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support and treatment plans.
• Participate in regular supervision meetings, skills coaching, and case reviews with your BCBA.
• Communicate session updates and collaborate with your clinical team to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
