Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking experienced Behavioral Therapists to deliver in-home and center-based ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will implement behavior support plans, collect data, and collaborate with a BCBA and clinical team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months' ABA experience.
• Active RBT certification is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions.
• Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support and treatment plans.
• Participate in regular supervision meetings, skills coaching, and case reviews with your BCBA.
• Communicate session updates and collaborate with your clinical team to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
