Job summary

Key Autism Services seeks experienced Behavioral Therapists to provide in-home and center-based ABA therapy for children with ASD, under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior support plans, collect data, and conduct discrete trials while maintaining high-quality care.

We offer consistent clinical support, weekly supervision, and structured onboarding to help BTs grow professionally and stay engaged with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months' ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions
• Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support and treatment plans
• Participate in regular supervision meetings, skills coaching, and case reviews with your BCBA
• Communicate session updates and collaborate with your clinical team to ensure high-quality, consistent care
