Job summary

Key Autism Services in the United States seeks experienced Behavior Therapists to implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in homes and at our centers.

You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, receiving weekly supervision and ongoing clinical support to maintain high-quality care. Opportunities for professional development and BCBA credential support are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months' ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification (not required but a plus).
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children.
• Dependability, consistency, and a positive attitude to support the child’s success.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions.
• Conduct discrete trials and implement treatment plans.
• Participate in regular supervision meetings, coaching, and case reviews with the BCBA.
• Communicate session updates and collaborate with the clinical team.
