Job summary

Key Autism Services seeks experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in homes and at our centers. You will perform data collection, discrete trials, and collaborate with a BCBA and clinical team for high-quality care.

Our in-home model offers robust clinical support, weekly supervision, onboarding, and structured protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Minimum 3 months' experience in ABA.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children.
• Dependability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions.
• Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support and treatment plans.
• Participate in regular supervision meetings, skills coaching, and case reviews with your BCBA.
• Communicate session updates and collaborate with your clinical team to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
