Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with ASD in homes and centers. You will receive weekly supervision and ongoing clinical support from the BCBA and team to maintain high‑quality care.

Responsibilities include data collection, implementing behavior plans, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure consistent, safe sessions and progress across clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification.
• Minimum 3 months of ABA experience.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children.
• Dependability, consistency and reliability to support the child's success.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions.
• Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support plans.
• Participate in supervision meetings and case reviews with the BCBA.
• Communicate session updates and collaborate with the clinical team.
