Job summary

Key Autism Services seeks experienced Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in homes and at centers. You will implement behavior support plans under BCBA supervision and collect data to track progress.

Our in-home model includes robust clinical support, weekly supervision, structured onboarding, and team collaboration to ensure high-quality care. Growth opportunities and tuition discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months' experience in ABA
• High school diploma or GED required
• Active RBT certification (Not required but is a plus)
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children
• Dependability, consistency, positive attitude and reliability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions
• Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support and treatment plans
• Participate in regular supervision meetings, skills coaching, and case reviews with your BCBA
• Communicate session updates and collaborate with your clinical team to ensure high-quality, consistent care
