Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and young adults in home and community settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, track progress, and collaborate with families to support meaningful skill development.

The role emphasizes hands-on practice, ongoing professional development, and opportunities for growth within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience with autism or disabilities is helpful but not required.
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to children and young adults with autism.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions.
• Use treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations and questions with supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
