Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Sullivan, MO is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism, under BCBA supervision. This part-time role offers 3–7pm, in-home or community settings, with paid training and ongoing supervision.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, document session data accurately, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team focused on professional growth and meaningful client progress.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Background check requirements must be met.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism.
• Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Record session data and document accurately and on time.
• Share observations with your supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
