Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to join our in-home services across the New York area. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and includes tuition assistance and ongoing training to support your professional growth.

As an ABA Therapist, you will provide 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD, collect data, and maintain clear communication with families and supervisors under BCBA guidance. Opportunities to lead RBT roles are available.

Qualifications

• ABA therapy experience preferred.
• Special education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease challenging behaviors according to the patient’s treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
