Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with autism under supervision. The role involves implementing behavior-analytic strategies to improve learning, safety, and social opportunities while following each patient’s treatment plan.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in special education preferred.
• 1 year experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
• RBT Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Apply behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors per treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data using an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
