Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is recruiting an ABA Therapist to join our team and deliver in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with autism under supervision.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and communicate with families and the leadership team. A flexible part-time schedule with potential to expand to full-time is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in special education is preferred.
• Applied behavior analysis (ABA) knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
