Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with ASD under supervision. You will implement behavior-analytic strategies, collect data, and communicate progress to families and supervisors.

This part-time role offers a potential pathway to full-time, an onboarding bonus, and opportunities for growth to Lead RBT or Full-Time RBT while benefitting from ongoing training and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• 1 year of special education experience preferred.
• 1 year of applied behavior analysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
