Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to clients in Queens. This role emphasizes compassionate care and data-driven progress.

You will implement behavior-analytic strategies, collect data on an electronic system, and maintain clear communication with families and supervisors. Flexible schedule and growth opportunities are available.

Pay ranges from $22 to $30 per hour with potential for full-time hours.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Special Education (preferred).
• 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD across Queens.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and reduce barriers to learning.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
