Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist/RBT to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with ASD across the East Coast. You will implement behavior-analytic strategies, collect data, and follow each patient’s treatment plan under supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Special education: 1 year (Preferred)
• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
