Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home, 1:1 ABA services for children with autism under supervision. The role focuses on applying behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional skills and reduce challenging behaviors, with data collection and reporting to the supervising BCBA.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease problematic behaviors.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
