Job summary

Golden Care Therapy NY seeks an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with autism under supervision. You will implement behavior-analytic strategies to improve functional skills and reduce challenging behaviors, following individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include data collection and submission on an electronic system, maintaining clear communication with families and the supervising BCBA, and collaborating with the admin team to support client progress.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to clients with ASD.
• Follow treatment plans using behavior-analytic strategies to boost functional skills.
• Collect and enter data into the electronic system accurately.
