Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with ASD under supervision. The role focuses on applying behavior-analytic strategies to improve learning, safety, and social opportunities, while recording data and following treatment plans.

The position offers a flexible schedule with potential for full-time conversion, $22–$30 per hour, and a $250 onboarding bonus.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Special education: 1 year (Preferred).
• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
