Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home, one-on-one ABA services to children with ASD, under the supervision of a BCBA. The role offers a flexible, part-time schedule with potential for full-time in the future and a $250 onboarding bonus.

You will collect data on an electronic system, implement behavior-analytic strategies, and maintain open communication with families, supervisors, and administrative staff to support progress and reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience with ABA for ASD preferred.
• In-home ABA service delivery experience preferred.
• Experience collecting and entering data in an electronic system.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors.
• Collect and submit data using an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
