Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement ABA therapy plans and provide one-on-one services to individuals with ASD in home settings.

You will collect data, track progress, and collaborate with the BCBA to adjust plans. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; ASD/ABA experience and strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• ASD/ABA experience and familiarity with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities are important.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
