Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in New Jersey. You will work one-on-one with individuals with ASD under the supervision of a BCBA and implement ABA therapy plans in-home.

Responsibilities include data collection, collaboration with the BCBA, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Flexible schedule and competitive pay based on experience and certification are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors through Central Reach.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
