Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to implement individualized ABA programs for children with ASD in home and center-based settings. supervision by a BCBA ensures adherence to treatment plans and data-driven progress tracking.

The role requires delivering 1:1 ABA therapy, collecting data, and applying skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies while maintaining professional and ethical conduct according to BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred but not required at hire; must be obtained within 90 days if applicable.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision.
• Record and maintain data on client progress using electronic systems.
• Implement skill acquisition programs targeting communication, social, adaptive, and academic behaviors.
• Follow behavior reduction protocols designed by the BCBA.
• Assist with generalization of skills across environments and people.
• Provide reinforcement, prompting, and other ABA techniques per the treatment plan.
• Maintain professional conduct per BACB guidelines.
