ADP, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) for in-home, part-time work. You will implement individualized ABA programs for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities under direct supervision of a BCBA in client homes.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, collect data, and maintain progress records while adhering to BACB guidelines and participating in ongoing supervision and training.

Competenze

• HSD or equivalent required; degrees in related fields preferred.
• RBT certification preferred or required within 90 days of employment if applicable.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must pass background checks and abuse registry screenings.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform floor-based activities.

Mansioni

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by supervising BCBA in home settings.
• Record and maintain accurate data on client progress using electronic systems.
• Implement skill acquisition programs targeting communication, social, adaptive, and academic behaviors.
• Follow behavior reduction protocols designed by the BCBA.
• Assist with generalization of skills across environments and settings.
• Provide reinforcement, prompting, and other ABA techniques per the treatment plan.
• Maintain professional conduct per BACB guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and clinical team.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of clients at all times.
