Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work with a BCBA and care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in home or clinic settings.

We offer paid training and cover the RBT exam costs. Opportunities include premium pay for after-hours sessions, bilingual pay, and weekly supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• RBT certification preferred but not required
• Experience with children—ASD experience preferred
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs)

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision
