Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a part-time frontline RBT/BT in Basking Ridge, NJ to deliver in-home and community ABA services. You will work with BCBAs to implement plans, gather progress data, and support clients across homes, schools, and communities.

The role emphasizes compassionate, reliable, independent work, with opportunities for RBT certification support, paid training, and growth within a collaborative clinical team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA and previous experience working with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for positions requiring travel between client locations.
• Compassionate, dependable, team-oriented, and open to feedback.
• Comfortable working independently in home, school, and community environments.
• Commitment to professional standards and ongoing development.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies such as reinforcement, prompting, NET, DTT, and task analysis.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Support skill development and independence across everyday environments and routines.
• Accurately collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate observations and progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, families, caregivers, teachers, and other team members to provide consistent, high-quality care.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold all ethical and professional standards.
