Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in New Jersey. You will implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA and provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD in-home or in-clinic settings.

Responsibilities include data collection, collaboration with the BCBA, and supporting clients in a safe, supportive environment. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for certification support are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities desired.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
