Job summary

Hand Over Hand is seeking part-time frontline RBT/BT staff to provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings in Piscataway, NJ. The role offers hourly pay ranging from $25 to $35 based on experience and certification, with opportunities for advancement after RBT certification.

The position supports BCBA-led treatment plans, requires at least 1 year of ABA experience, and may involve travel between client locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience and working with autism/developmental disabilities required.
• Active RBT certification through BACB is required for RBT role; BTs must obtain RBT within first four months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Accurately collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure high-quality care.
