Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is hiring RBTs/BTs to deliver ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings in the Basking Ridge area. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement tailored treatment plans and help clients build communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Able to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Able to lift 40–50 lbs and travel between client locations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data; document progress and communicate with the team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, clinicians, families, and educators.
• Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and professional development.
